First Sunday of Each Month
Communion is received by intincture: It is the practice in which the believer comes forward, takes the bread, carries it to the wine (or grape juice!), dips it, and then consumes it. Theologically, intincture involves physically responding to the Word by getting out of our seats and going forward to the table. Disciples are called to "Go," not sit in our seats and wait for someone to come to us. We "go" to the table where we are nourished, then we turn around and "go" into the world to serve. The motion involved is theologically symbolic of our participation in God's work in the world. --
Baptism:Normally the third Sunday of the month - contact the pastor to schedule

During Worship: The Nursery is continued in the same location. Pagers are available from the nursery attendant.

Children's Church is provided for ages 3-5 during the worship service.The children normally leave as a group following the Offering. Children 1st grade and above are expected to remain in the sanctuary during worship.
